Our website specialises in custom apparel made to order. All custom apparel orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged for a refund, except in the case of defects or errors on our part. As part of our agreement with suppliers, we do not sell garments that are not decorated.

Ordering Process
When placing an order for custom apparel, please ensure that all details, including sizing, colors, and design specifications, are correct. We are not responsible for incorrect information provided by the customer.

Payment

Shipping
We strive to ship orders in a timely manner. However, please note that custom apparel may require additional processing time. Shipping costs and delivery times will be provided at the time of checkout.
